By accessing and playing Desert Caravan (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
About the Game
Desert Caravan is a free, browser-based desert caravan game in which players lead a journey through ancient passages and collect golden silk-road coins. The game contains no violent content, no gambling mechanics, and no in-game purchases. It is intended as a relaxing, enjoyable experience for all ages. No sandstorms, no peril — just the warm amber light of a desert adventure.
Permitted Use
You may play Desert Caravan freely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and share the game's URL with others. Recording or streaming gameplay for non-commercial content is welcome, provided Desert Caravan is credited appropriately.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the game's source code, use automated scripts to interfere with normal gameplay or the site's operation, or misrepresent ownership of Desert Caravan or distribute modified versions under its name.
Intellectual Property
All visuals, code, and design elements of Desert Caravan remain the property of their respective creators. These Terms grant no licence to reproduce or distribute game assets outside of normal browser caching during play.
No Warranties
Desert Caravan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device or browser. The game may be updated, modified, or discontinued without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Desert Caravan are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Third-Party Services
Desert Caravan loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources is subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of any third-party service the game references.
Privacy
Your use of Desert Caravan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the limited information that may be processed when you play.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Desert Caravan regarding your use of the game.
